Shipping
We ship across Canada and the United States. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Free shipping is available on orders over $75 CAD (before tax). International shipping options are coming soon — join the collective for updates.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Apparel items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Food products (sauces, spices, seasonings) cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the affected items.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@hymc.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
